The right to know: You have the right to know the dangers in your job. Your employer or supervisor must explain to you over everything in your job, which can injure you. Your employer must guarantee that you will provide with the information, which needs you, so that you can work surely.
The right to refuse unsafe work: If you believe, your job is probable, you, to endanger you have an obligation to report to the uncertain situation management. If the situation is not repaired and you to believe the fact that your health and security are still in the danger has to reject you the right under the OHSA, the work without reprisal to accomplish.
The right to participate: You have the right to participate on, to keep your job healthy and safe. Depending on the size of the company, you can be part of the Health and Safety Committee or be a Health and Safety Representative. You have also the right to participate in training and the information learning sections, to you to help settle your work reliably.
